Stay-in

You should provide:

• 3 meals a day for the Care Hero
• A reasonable place to sleep
• 8 hours of continuous rest for the Care Hero

Stay-out

• Stay-Out Care is the same price as Stay-In Care
• Stay-Out Care is for 10 hours per day
• Please kindly provide one meal a day for the Care Hero
  

Terms and Conditions Apply

• Housekeeping duties by Care Heroes in support of the patient. There is no general housework for the entire household. Care Heroes are fully qualified with complete permits and documents.
• The shortlisting process will take up to 48 hours from service confirmation.
• Payment is to be made upfront before the Care Hero is deployed.
• The client will bear ALL the COVID-19 testing expenses.
• If the Care Hero is unsuitable, the client may request a replacement. Pillar does not charge for replacements. However, if Pillar does not have further suitable candidates, a pro-rated refund will be given to the client.
• Care Heroes will be entitled to 3 compulsory day-offs during Christmas (24th & 25th Dec) or New Year’s period (1st Jan). If the client wishes the caregiver to work, the caregiver shall be compensated with a minimum of double pay.
• There is no tie-down period. The client has to pay the invoice before the beginning of the new cycle to ensure continuity of service
